Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple registrations by the same person are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances deactivated.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. fl10 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence. Please contact us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Fl10 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, platform abuse, breach of terms, or activity deemed harmful to other users or the integrity of the platform. Balances in accounts closed due to a breach will not be refunded. Users whose accounts have been suspended for verification reasons may contact the fl10 support team to resolve the matter.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Fl10 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the fl10 platform without prior written authorisation from fl10.
- Spreading false or misleading information, or posting content intended to deceive other users.
- Accessing another user's account or sharing your login credentials with any third party.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the technical operations of the fl10 platform.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or unlawful financial activity through this platform.
- Using the platform for commercial purposes without written authorisation from fl10.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, reporting to the relevant authorities, and legal proceedings where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the fl10 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring all payment details provided are accurate and up to date. fl10 accepts a range of local payment methods including bank transfers, DuitNow, and recognised e-wallets.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits are typically processed instantly or within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. Withdrawals are subject to fl10's verification process and may require supporting documents for security and compliance purposes. fl10 reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal that raises reasonable suspicion of fraud or a breach of terms.
Users are responsible for any transaction fees charged by their bank or third-party payment provider. fl10 does not cover such fees unless otherwise stated in writing. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the fl10 support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

Fl10 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, profits, or data. fl10's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount paid by that user to fl10 in the 30 days preceding the claim.
The fl10 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability. fl10 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content on the fl10 platform — including logos, text, graphics, software, and interface designs — is the exclusive property of fl10 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without written authorisation from fl10.
Third-Party Links
The fl10 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. fl10 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Governing Law & Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts for resolution.
Fl10 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or your registered email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision alone shall be deemed void, while all remaining provisions in this document shall continue in full force and effect.
